1) Who We Are

This is our registered business address. It is not a visiting, retail or return address. Returns are only accepted following the instructions in §8.

2) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and contracts made via our website(s), mobile site, or other online sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.


3) Products & Information (Supplements)

  • Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • Always read the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medicines.


4) Orders, Acceptance & Availability

  • A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation.

  • We may decline or cancel orders (with refund) in justified cases such as suspected fraud, stock errors, or regulatory restrictions.

  • If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and refund or offer an alternative.


5) Prices, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include VAT where applicable.

  • Import duties, customs fees or additional taxes outside the EU/UK may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


6) Payment

  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

  • By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method.

  • Failed or chargeback payments may lead to order cancellation.


7) Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

  • Supplements are sensitive products—please store promptly after receipt.


8) 30-Day Returns (Unopened Only)

For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements can only be returned if unopened and with the seal intact.

Return conditions:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@optipharme.com with your order number.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging with tamper-evident seal intact.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless we shipped the wrong or defective item).

  • Once the return is inspected and approved, we will refund the product price via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used items.

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  • Final sale items or gift cards.


9) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@optipharme.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos and your order number.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


10) Quality & Safety

  • Our supplements are produced under controlled standards.

  • Batch numbers and best-before dates are displayed on each package.

  • Store tightly closed, in a cool and dry place, and out of reach of children.


11) Promotions & Subscriptions

  • Promotions are time-limited and subject to the terms shown.

  • Subscription products (if offered) renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.


12) Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data), except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.


13) Complaints & Support

  • Complaints can be sent to info@optipharme.com.

  • We aim to respond within 48 hours days.

  • If a complaint cannot be resolved, legal disputes are handled under §14.


14) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms and all contracts are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

  • For customers in the US: disputes, to the extent permitted by law, will be settled by individual binding arbitration and not by jury trial or class action.


15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
