Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
